Information we use
We store your email address, password hash, account role, secure session identifiers, answers, learning progress, reports, and any access grants. If payments become available, payment references and refund records will be retained; we do not need your card details on our servers.
Purpose and cookies
We use this information to operate your account, protect the service, save learning progress, and respond to support requests. Guest answers and current practice or mock progress are stored only in browser localStorage and are not merged into accounts. Clearing browser data removes this progress. Essential session and CSRF cookies protect your account and forms. We do not add advertising trackers to these pages.
Access, retention and service providers
Hosting providers process data needed to operate the service. Contact support to request access, correction, or account deletion. Financial, security, and audit records may need to be retained after account closure. No fixed deletion timeline is promised where retention requirements apply.
